so, new menu almost finalised,so much to choose from !!!
soft pouched egg on toasted bagel shrouded with local smoked salmon,glazed with hollandaise sauce
pork skewers in a nutty satay marinade,baked & served with a peanut dipping sauce
baked golden brown puff pastry pizza topped with butternut squash,sage & canarian goats cheese
just a few starters..some more tomorrow ...xx
